Carmic Farms Incubation
Mill-it started with a simple belief — that food should be fresh, pure, and deeply connected to the soil it comes from. We spent years understanding grains, farming practices, and the forgotten value of traditional Indian food systems.
The First Stone Mill
Rejecting high-speed steel rollers, we installed our first traditional stone chakki to cold-mill our heritage wheat, preserving its volatile oils.
